How can I make the PC game Frogger 2 work on a PC with Windows Vista?

Its an old game. It gets as far as asking if I want to install, when I click install, nothing happens. There isn’t a compatibility wizard as far as I know. Helppp!
Right click on the installer icon and click properties. Click on the compatibility tab and select ‘Windows XP (service pack 2)’ also select ‘run this program as an administrator’ and apply.
If you have UAC (User account control) enabled, then it may take a long time after you double click it to actually get to the next installation window to pop up. (Maybe even up to 10-15 minutes)
When it is installed, if it isn’t running right, do the same as above for the actual game start icon as well.
